Kostroma and Bryansk Regions in a row of tax disputes with the municipal and
regional tax authorities: before the Commercial Court of Kostroma District and
the Federal Commercial Court of the Volgo-Vyatsky Region for the total amount
above 100 million roubles and before the Commercial Court of Bryansk Region and
the Federal Commercial Court of the Central District for the total amount above
26 million roubles;
- Representation of a big distribution company selling
cell phones in Russia in a lawsuit over invalidation of the order to hold
liable for tax violation and refusal to apply VAT credits;
- Advocacy of a big Moscow company in a row of legal
proceedings to declare the company tax obligations fulfilled;
- Advocacy of a private educational institution in a
lawsuit against the Federal Tax Service to invalidate the tax and penalty
claims and declare the tax obligations fulfilled;
- Representation of a leasing company in a lawsuit over
reimbursement of VAT for the amount above 16 million roubles;
- Representation of an investor before the commercial
court in a lawsuit over invalidation of the tax authority order to hold the
company liable for tax violation for the total amount above 100 million roubles;

issues, including tax audit;
- Advising of the management of a company group (leading
electrical apparatus manufacturer on the Russian market) on various tax issues
concerning corporate and private taxation;
